Aurora Expedition Cruises has launched a new photography cruise under the direction of professional photographers from LuminOdyssey, David Burren and Martin Bailey. While this specialist cruise is open for all levels of photographers, there is a limited capacity of 27 passengers per voyage. The trip is 25 days in total. It begins in Ushaia (Argentina), and cruises past places like the Drake Passage, the Antarctic Peninsula, the Lemaire Channel, King George Island, the Falkland Islands, and Peninsula Valdes, before finishing in the port of Mar del Plata. The ship remains in the Antarctic Peninsula for a week to ensure photographers have the luxury and time to capture its unusual wildlife and landscapes. Aurora Expeditions is a member of the International Association of Antarctic Tour Operators (IAATTO), and therefore follows their environmental and ethical guidelines.
