Ayana Resort Bali Extends Rock Bar

The wildly popular cliffside Rock Bar at Ayana Resort Bali has been extended to meet demand from guests. New oceanfront viewing platforms have been added to give the bar a further 75 seats, along with extended kitchen, bathroom and bar facilities. The minimalist design by Japan's Yasuhiro Koichi has been maintained in order to emphasise the craggy beauty of the rocky outcrop on Kisik beach, 14 metres above the water. Seats and daybeds offer uninterrupted ocean and coastline views, while an elevated DJ booth provides a glamorous new platform for international artists, and an upgraded inclinator has increased capacity for the trip down the cliff from the hotel.
