China Grand opens at Sydney International Airport

Eddie Ng, best known for opening popular Chinese restaurants Kam Fook and China Grand, formerly in Chinatown, has opened up his latest venture- China Grand at Sydney International Airport. Ng has appointed award-winning chef Jing Fu Liang as the head chef of the new restaurant. Liang is renowned for his creative menus and has previously worked at some of Hong Kong and Japan’s top Chinese restaurants. China Grand will focus on providing fresh seafood as well as providing all day Yum Cha for those wishing to grab a quick bite.
