Crystal cruises will further maximize the luxury guest experience by eliminating all additional transactions of services and amenities offered onboard the ship. In 2012 the Crystal Symphone and Crystal Serenity will provide an ‘all inclusive’ program giving travellers complimentary services and amenities and therefore create greater ease, comfort and luxury to the modern cruise traveller. Services include open bar service, penthouse butler service, specialty restaurants, and other pre-paid gratuities.
