| Fairmont has opened a new five-star, luxury hotel in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, making it the second hotel company to occupy the prestigious Abraj Al Bait Complex. Positioned inside the 76 storey-high Makkah Clock Royal Tower, the property features 858 rooms and nine restaurants. Due to its proximity to the Holy Ka'aba, Islam's most sacred site, Fairmont is marketing the hotel as a "beacon for pilgrims". |
