Gibraltar Hotel Opens in Bowral

NSW’s Southland Highlands has welcomed its latest luxury and modern accommodation option the Gibraltar Hotel. The hotel consists of 76 suites across 100-acres, with views of Bowral bush land or the hotels namesake Mt Gibraltar. Each room features a piece of artwork by a local Bowral artist. The hotel features an 18-hole golf course, the largest conference centre in the region with a unique, elegant ballroom, six breakout meeting rooms and a wedding chapel with a full organ. The hotels wellness centre features a heated indoor swimming pool, cardio centre and luxurious Day Spa and Grooming Lounge. Two dining options are located onsite; Gibraltar Grill under the direction of chef Jonas Ottoman and Harvey’s Bar, named after musician and local resident Geoff Harvey.
