Hilton Queenstown and Kawarau Hotel officially opened

New Zealand Prime Minister and Tourism Minister John Key officially opened two new Hilton Worldwide hotels Queenstown this week – the Hilton Queenstown and the Kawarau Hotel managed by Hilton. Both hotels are located in Hilton Worldwide’s Kawarau Village lakeside resort complex. The 178-room Hilton Queenstown features the first eforea: spa, the largest spa in Queenstown, and artworks from local artists are displayed throughout the hotel. The hotels are Hilton’s first openings in the Queenstown area and bring the total number of Hilton properties in New Zealand to four, along with Taupo and Auckland.
