Hilton launches Beach Valet service in Surfers Paradise

The Hilton Hotel in Surfer’s Paradise has launched Australia’s first luxury Beach Valet service. The service, which is available exclusively to the Hilton’s guests, offers the same level of luxury treatment that is expected in the hotel itself. While the beach valet concept is a feature on many famous overseas beaches, the Hilton scheduled this new service now to draw more attention to the hotel’s official opening in September. The valet’s duties include transporting beach gear and belongings to and from the hotel to the beach, finding prime spots on the sand, and replenishing the supply of drinks, snacks, towels, toys, and sunscreen throughout the day. The Hilton’s General Manager, David Kelly, said that “pampering guests is what Hilton does best” and that the new service is “just another example of the lengths we go to make sure our guests are happy.”
