| The International Cruise Council Australasia has revealed a 27 per cent increase in the number of Australians who took a cruise in 2010, the number jumping by 100,000 from 366,000 in 2009 to 466,692 last year. The South Pacific is the most popular destination, accounting for 37 per cent of passengers, with Australia at 19 per cent, New Zealand at 10 percent, and Europe and Asia accounting for 8 per cent each. |
