Jetstar has launched commercial agreements with Hong Kong based Cathay Pacific and Dragonair airlines, allowing customers to purchase a Jetstar flight in a single transaction and as part of a single itinerary. Jetstar Chief Commercial Officer David Koczar said that the deals are part of Jetstar’s continuing expansion into the Chinese market. They will provide an important connection for inbound Hong Kong and Chinese flyers to travel to and around Australia, as well as within Asia. The agreements mark the 16th and 17th interline airline agreements in Jetstar’s growing carrier partnership network which includes Qantas, American Airlines, Air France/KLM, Air Canada and Japan Airlines.
