Jumeirah Dhevanafushi prepares to open in the Maldives

Jumeirah Dhevanafushi, the latest resort to come from the Dubai-based Jumeirah Group, is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2011. Located 400km south of Malé in the Gaafu Alif Atoll, the resort will offer 22 island villas as well as 16 ocean villas that are separated from the main island. With their residential feel the villas, named Revives and Sanctuaries, range from 200 metres squared to 600 metres squared in size and boast uninterrupted sea views, a 24-hour butler service and bedrooms inspired by traditional Maldivian architecture. The resort will also feature three restaurants, a bar and a Talise Spa.
