| Korean Air will receive its first Airbus A380 next year, this particular model fitted with between 400 and 450 seats. Korean Air has ordered 10 of the aircraft type for delivery until 2014 and plan to initially use the A380 for short-haul routes to major cities in East Asia, before deploying the aircraft on long-haul routes to Europe and the US from August 2011. Korean Air is the sixth airline to fly the A380. |
