The Great Blue Hole in Belize is a large underwater sinkhole situated in the middle of Lighthouse Reef a small island off the coast. Belize Blue Hole is in a circle form, 124 meters deep and spread across in 300 meters and was formed several years ago by the natural causes such as Quaternary glaciations. The Great Blue Hole has since remained one of the favourite spots for scuba divers due to its crystal clear water and the marine species present.

The average visibility whenever you go diving in the Blue Hole can range between 15 meters and 30 metres and divers can expect to see a variation of fishes, nurse sharks, and giant groupers, and reef sharks that includes the Blacktip shark and Caribbean reef shark. As a World Heritage Site, Blue Hole boasts an exhilarating experience for all diving enthusiasts.
