Berenbell Vineyard Retreat is located in the heart of the Hunter Valley and boasts arguably the finest views of the Brokenback Mountain Range, which is a significant landmark of The Valley. Berenbell’s architecture captures the essence of colonial charm with its elegant country Homestead, Lodges and Cottages, all of which face the sensational view.
Berenbell is the idyllic retreat in which to relax or celebrate that special occasion and explore all that the Pokolbin wine country has to offer. Attractions are many and varied. Winery tours by horse and carriage, bicycle or mini bus; visit art galleries and antique shops or seek refreshment from one of Pokolbin’s cafes. There are also many fine dining restaurants to capture the imagination of those seeking first class cuisine.
For your stay at Berenbell, there is a choice of self contained one-bedroom Cottages and two two-bedroom Lodges, all of which feature wide tiled verandahs, air conditioning, log fire, ceiling fans, flat screen TV, DVD and CD Stereo. All the Cottages and Lodges have their own separate electric BBQ facilities. You will find a separate bedroom with queen and king sized beds with ensuite bathrooms, with claw foot baths in the Cottages. Berenbell is a delightful setting to return to after a day of exploring or wine tasting.
