Lovingly nurtured from its beginnings as a doctor’s residence into the refined ten-room establishment it is today, the guesthouse offers a raft of cultural and natural delights to visitors. Only a three-hour drive south of Sydney, the five-star AAAT rated guesthouse is located close to a picturesque stretch of coastline near Mollymook, Jervis Bay and the Budawang Ranges.

This natural beauty inspires all involved, since it is renowned not only for its five-star service, but also its fine cuisine and significant art gallery with original artworks on sale, that also serve as decoration in all guest rooms. As owner Andrew Nowosad says: “We love to offer our guests an experience that touches all of their senses.We’ve thought out their whole stay to include sight, taste, sound, smell and touch (most guests have a massage as well), and this creates a memorable stay.”

Number of Rooms: 10 rooms. Guests can choose from luxury suites (with ensuite and a queen-size bed), executive rooms (which have a spa and a king-size bed), or from a self-contained one or two-bedroom unit.

On-site Dining Options: Being only a hop, skip and jump from Ulladulla harbour and its fresh fish markets, Elizans chef makes full use of seasonal produce.
Elizans combines French and Australian Contemporary cooking techniques to create an enticing and palate pleasing menu. In 2010 Elizans licenced restaurant received a Goblet in Australian Wine List Awards.
