| The former IBM Plaza building in Chicago is set to become a luxury hotel, to be developed by Oxford Capital Group LLC and Langham Hotels and Resorts. The hotel will occupy floors 2 to 13 of the building and is expected to house 330 guestrooms. Designed by renowned German-American architect Mies van der Rohe, the Langham Chicago Hotel is expected to open in 2012. |
