Franklyn Hotels and Resorts will manage a new luxury hotel to be developed within the former Port of London Authority headquarters at 10 Trinity Square. The property will overlook the Tower of London and was purchased from American developer Thomas Enterprises by a Singapore-based consortium, KOP and Reignwood, for around £100 million. Originally designed in 1922, the property will be re-vamped by Woods Bagot, the architects who drew up hotel conversion plans in 2008.
