Marrakech's La Mamounia unveils new VIP airport lounge

La Mamounia hotel is celebrating its one-year anniversary with the unveiling of a new VIP airport lounge at the airport of Marrakech. Designed by Jacques Garcia, the interior designer behind the hotel’s 2009 restoration project, the 560-foot lounge maintains the La Mamounia style. It is decorated with velvet armchairs, Moroccan coffee tables and a date fragrance created by French perfumer Olivia Giacobetti. There is also wireless connection, gourmet cuisine, a personalised reception and team of La Mamounia staff.
