EMIRATES LAUNCHES NEW AUSTRALIAN ROUTES |

| Emirates has announced that it is expanding its route network, launching three additional destinations from Dubai in the next six months. From 1 November the airline will launch four weekly flights to Adelaide, increasing to a daily service from 1 February 2013. In Perth, Emirates' current double-daily service will increase to 19 weekly flights from 1 December and in March next year fights will become a triple daily operation. Also in Australia, the airline plans to grow capacity to Melbourne with the introduction of daily A380 services in October. On the western side of the globe, from 5 December Emirates will add the French City of Lyon to its network, followed by Poland, operating a daily service into Warsaw from 6 February 2013. Emirates has already launched nine new destinations so far in 2012; Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, Dublin, Lusaka, Harare, Dallas, Seattle, Ho Chi Minh City and Barcelona. |
