| The Hilton Brisbane Hotel has been remodelled as part of a A$13 million refurbishment, including the newly launched Vintage Bar and Grill. Designed by Harry Seidler the new Vintage Bar and Grill aims to deliver a standalone dining experience. Martin Kendall, Hilton Brisbane general manager, said: ”Hilton Brisbane is a local icon, a landmark renowned for consistently delivering world-class produce and culinary expertise.
