Sheraton on the Park unveils new Conservatory Bar and Terrace

The Conservatory Bar at the Sheraton on the Park has received a $250,000 refurbishment by acclaimed international designer Joseph Pang. It has a range of features, from the communal table "The Great," located in the centre of the room and made from recycled iron timber; "The Concaves," the intimate booths; and the iconic outdoor terrace with views of Hyde Park, which will feature live piano entertainment with Gregg Arthur every Thursday and Friday night. The choice of beverage is extensive and the bar also offers a tapas menu with plates such as crisp whitebait with garlic aioli and fetta cheese with watermelon. The bar is open from 5pm until late Sunday to Wednesday and from 2.30pm until late Thursday to Sunday.
