Singapore Airlines launch international cookbook

Singapore Airlines has released its cookbook, Above and Beyond: A Collection of Recipes from the Singapore Airlines International Culinary Panel. The cookbook showcases 50 delicious and tempting recipes by ten chefs from all around the world. As well as recipes it includes chef profiles, photographs, ideas on presentation, plating and menu suggestions for home cooks. Singapore Airlines has pledged to donate the net proceeds from the sales of Above and Beyond to the Singapore Community Chest, a non-profit organization collecting funds to help less advantaged people within the community. Part of the donations will also go to Straits Times Pocket Money Fund and the Business Times Budding Artists Fund.
