| Marina Bay Sands has launched Singapore’s first Banyan Tree Spa this month, following the global success of the spa brand. Located on the 55th level of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel in Singapore, Banyan Tree Spa will offer guests its suite of distinctive treatments in fifteen rooms with panoramic views of the city centre. Marina Bay Sands Interim CEO, George Tanasijevich, said: “Marina Bay Sands is proud to be the first in Singapore to house the award-winning Banyan Tree Spa as we welcome the brand back home.” “We have no doubt that Banyan Tree’s spa expertise and service will further strengthen the appeal of Marina Bay Sands as an iconic destination that bears return visits,” he said. Following its 17-year global expansion across 26 countries, Banyan Tree is returning to its roots in Singapore. In celebration of its Asian heritage, The Spa is the first to be designed around the concept of the Tree of Life, a reflection of the brand’s commitment to social responsibility. The private confines of The Spa are decked out in earthy tones, with a vine-lined walkway and Thai-style interior furnishings to create a garden setting in the heart of Singapore. Guests at Banyan Tree Spa Marina Bay Sands will have a choice of 35 spa treatments and services. Offering a comprehensive menu of massages, body scrubs and facials, The Spa has a suite of signature treatments, such as the Harmony Banyan, inspired by Singapore’s national flower, the Orchid. All Banyan Spa treatments are inclusive of 30 minutes’ Calm Time, where guests are offered a welcome footbath, herbal drink and post-treatment refreshments. The Spa is open to both hotel guests and visitors daily from 10am to 10pm. |
