Steer Bar & Grill opening at The Olsen

Located beneath Melbourne's popular boutique hotel, The Olsen, Steer Bar & Grill will be officially launched September 1 2010. Three distinct dining areas make up Steer – the large main restaurant, where patrons can view the 3.5 metre long raging bull sculpture by Cezary Stulgis; the bar, with its turquoise and silver decor and lounge music; and the private dining areas for groups of ten or twenty. New Zealand chef Stacy Thompson will be serving up modern Australian cuisine combined with Brazilian cooking techniques and flavours while wine director Raul Moreno Yague will bring the best of local and international wines.
