The Ritz-Carlton is returning to Hong Kong in March 2011 when it opens the world's highest hotel. The top 16 floors of the International Commerce Centre in Kowloon will reflect the style and elegance of the hotel in a contemporary way. The unique landmark location will offer panoramic views across the city for all 312 guest rooms. The hotel's six bars and restaurants have been designed by Japan’s Spin Studio and Wonderwall. The alfresco rooftop bar will be 490 metres above sea level, with firepits, casual seating and an Asian-style tapas menu.
