Two new head chefs for Donovan’s House

St Kilda’s iconic beachside restaurant, Donovan’s House, will start a new era. Head chef Robert Castellani will be handing over the pots and pans to the two Sous chefs that he has been training for the past 10 years. Adam Draper and Emma D’Alessandro have both been appointed the new joint Head chefs. Both from strong food backgrounds, they were handpicked for their ability with food and know the quality and standards that they must uphold.
