| Completed in February 2011, the recently opened Villa Issi Seminyak in Bali is located in a private cul-de-sac in Seminyak’s ‘Golden Triangle,’ a location that is home to beachside restaurants, opulent spas, boutique hotels, cocktail bars and chic designer boutiques. Villa Issi is set on a 1,500 square metre block of land and surrounded by a walled garden; the four-bedroom resort features a master two-storey building, a self-contained two-bedroom guest pavilion, a stand-alone gym and a 25-metre swimming pool. Internationally acclaimed Architect Budi Pradono designed every room at the Australian-owned Villa Issi with luxury in mind. The Villa comprises modern architecture and interior design features, elegant finishes and superior amenities. The Master building bedrooms feature teakwood flooring, glass walls, contemporary furnishings, a king-size bed, flat screen TVs complete with DVD, walk in dressing room, a spacious ensuite bathroom that features an oversized tub, and two walk-in monsoon showers. Complementing the master bedroom is the study bedroom, a space for anyone travelling on business with its own built in long wall desk, also furnished with a king-size bed, leather chairs and a flat screen TV, the study bedroom features a large dressing room and its own ensuite bathroom with a monsoon shower. The Guest Pavilion is a single storey pavilion that has two more guest bedrooms. Each comes complete with ensuite garden bathrooms. The garden ensuite bathrooms feature a pergola roof above standing monsoon showers, bathtubs for two and black twin resin washbasins. Designed for ultimate relaxation there is an elevated terrace at the front of the pavilion that overlooks the pool and garden and is furnished with silver beanbag chairs and orange beanbag daybeds. Each bedroom are fitted with king-size beds, furniture and entertainment amenities. The property also has a fully equipped kitchen, sound system throughout the master building, outdoor covered gas fired barbeque area, complimentary broadband Wi-Fi and iPod docks in gym and guest pavilion bedrooms and a sweeping deck that wraps around two sides of the upper floor of the master building. All breakfasts are included in the daily rates and are prepared by a top chef who is skilled in the preparation of both local and international cuisine.
