Virgin Atlantic to codeshare Hong Kong Flights

Virgin Australia has announced that it will be sharing flights from Sydney to Hong Kong with Virgin Atlantic under a new agreement. The service will start early 2012 and will mean that Virgin Australia guests will not only fly on Virgin Atlantic, but eligible guests will also receive frequent flyer program benefits and lounge access, including access to Virgin Atlantic’s Hong Kong Clubhouse. Virgin Australia CEO John Borghetti said they are very pleased to be able to offer guests the first-rate service of Virgin Atlantic to business hub and popular leisure destination, Hong Kong.
