Weather to go

All of the islands that encompass Papua New Guinea lie within the band of the tropics, promising warm temperatures and generally high humidity.  Summer is the rainy season, but the specific timing varies based on region or province.  The best time to visit the islands is between May and October, when the weather is drier.
