The wellness-focused escapes will run across five weekends during the spring until the end of November, and will feature some of Australia’s top health and beauty experts

Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley has announced it will host a series of curated wellness escapes this Spring from August to November, offering guests a rare opportunity for personal one-on-one time with Australia’s leading practitioners and the chance to rebalance amongst the pristine beauty of the Greater Blue Mountains in a 7000 acre reserve.

The first One&Only Nature Resort will launch the weekend of 31st August with skincare expert and facialist to the stars, Jocelyn Petroni. Additional special guests to follow include Anthia Koullouros, Almira Armstrong, Megan Larsen offering a Sodashi wellness weekend, and Kate Kendall of Flow Athletic offering yoga classes.

 

Friday 31st August to Sunday 2nd September: Beauty

Guests will have the opportunity to book personally tailored appointments with Jocelyn Petroni, one of Australia’s leading beauty artisans, renowned for her bespoke facial treatments and flawless manicures as the Official Nail Expert for CHANEL. In a calm and relaxed environment, Jocelyn will treat guests with her classical methods with innovative techniques, utilising Sodashi and Ultraceuticals skincare. Costs apply.

 

Friday 14th to Saturday 15th September: Naturopathy

Anthia Koullouros, a practising Naturopath of over 20 years and founder of Ovvio Organics, will host an array of wellness experiences. The complimentary wellness  program includes a personal consultation with Anthia, daily yoga sessions, a group wellness session including herbal tea blending, a blissful breakfast on the Main Homestead terrace, and an Ovvio Organics gift.

 

Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd September: Candle-Making

On this weekend, Almira Armstrong, founder of Lumira, luxury scented candle and fragrance house, will host candle-making sessions in the mountains. Guests will have the opportunity to personally select their own beautiful fragrance and gain an insight into the exquisite art of this craft, complete with champagne and canapes, a pilates session, blissful breakfast on the homestead terrace, and a Lumira X Wolgan Valley signature candle. Friday 26th and Saturday 27th October: Skincare

Megan Larsen, founder of 100% chemical-free skin care range Sodashi, returns to the resort to host the Sodashi Weekend of Wellness. Guests can immerse themselves in the restorative powers of nature, with a spa and wellness program designed by Megan to nurture the mind, body and soul.

Included is a personalised wellness consultation, daily yoga sessions, guided hike of the nature reserve, 90-minute One&Only Spa treatment, Better Sleep rituals each evening, Sodashi spa products in-villa, Sodashi gift pack and homecare regime including personalised oils blended by Megan Larsen. $300 per guest.

 

Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th November: Yoga & Meditation

Kate Kendall from Sydney’s renowned Flow Athletic Studio will host a yoga retreat, bringing her extensive experience and passion for teaching the art of slowing down. All aspects of natural health will be explored in this weekend that includes daily yoga and meditation sessions, a blissful breakfast on the Main Homestead terrace, evening affirmations, Sodashi spa amenities in-villa and a wellness gift. Complimentary to guests.

Wellness Weekends

Two-night accommodation packages for two at Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley start at AUD $2,090 per evening in a Heritage Villa with private pool, including gourmet breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, local wines and beers with meals, non-alcoholic beverages with meals and two nature-based activities.
