Seven Seas Splendor to Boast Largest Suite at Sea

Seven Seas Splendor Regent Suite

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has revealed details of its premier suite on board Seven Seas Splendor, which will set sail in February 2020. At 412 square-metres the suite will be the largest – and most luxurious –ever constructed on a luxury cruise ship. With more than 278 square-metres of palatial interiors it is nearly twice the size of the average Australian home and 20 times larger than the average cruise ship stateroom.

According to Regent Seven Seas, The Regent Suite builds on the reputation of the Seven Seas Explorer’s Regent Suite. Seven Seas Splendor’s Regent Suite boasts an in-suite spa retreat that is 30% larger than its predecessor featuring a floor-to-ceiling ocean-view shower, personal sauna, steam room, and treatment area with unlimited spa treatments. The master bedroom comes with the exquisite comfort of a custom, hand-crafted US$200,000 Vividus bed from the renowned Hästens brand, while the lucky guests of the suite will be treated to unobstructed 270-degree views over the ship’s bow from its position on the 14th deck above the bridge. A fully-stocked bar borders the living room and glass-enclosed solarium on top of the bridge, where a 120 square-metre wraparound veranda will give guests a Captain’s view of some of the world’s most beautiful destinations, which change daily on each of Seven Seas Splendor’s voyages. A custom-made Treesse minipool spa is also located on on the front balcony.

Guests in the Regent Suite are assigned a personal butler as well as a personal car with a chauffeur and a guide at every port.

“The Regent Suite is the ultimate example of how Seven Seas Splendor will astonish luxury travellers with an unrivalled experience, and it reflects the superior level of detail you’ll uncover throughout this stunning ship,” said Jason Montague, president and chief executive officer of Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

The sensational Regent Suite – of which there is only one – goes for an all-inclusive price of US$11,000 per night based on double occupancy, and is already sold-out for nearly all of Seven Seas Splendor’s 2020 inaugural season sailings.
