Nanuku Auberge Resort in Pacific Harbour, Fiji has announced couples can now have their wedding ceremony on a secluded sandbank as well as a paradisiacal private island, surrounded by the azure waters of the South Pacific

If you’ve ever dreamed of getting married in paradise, your prayers might have been answered. Nanuku Auberge Resort in Pacific Harbour, Fiji has unveiled two new, idyllic wedding ceremony locations – a remote sandbank and an intimate private island – giving lucky couples the chance to tie the knot in a few of the most memorable locations under the sun.

Located not far from luxury resort Nanuku, both locations boast soft white sand surrounded by the sparkling azure waters of the South Pacific ocean, with Fiji’s perfect tropical climate completing a picture-perfect destination for intimate weddings, vow renewals and even elopements.

Couples opting for the secluded sandbank wedding will be escorted by private boat– approximately 30 minutes from Nanuku Resort— to the dreamy location affectionately known as ‘Honeymoon Island’. Upon conclusion of the ceremony and any formalities, guests can either be chaperoned to Nanuku’s Private Island or to the Nanuku Resort for a flawless wedding reception or for a private treetop or cliffside celebratory dinner.

Nanuku’s Private Island, meanwhile, located just 20 minutes from Nanuku Resort, is a serene sanctuary ideal for an exclusive, quiet and whimsical wedding day. Guests can enjoy an intimate ceremony set to a soundscape of gently lapping waves then savour a private island reception (with the option of luxury camping), or return to Nanuku Resort with their guests for an impeccable reception of award-winning dining and Fijian hospitality.

For those that love Fiji but are less keen on a beach wedding, Nanuku also offers a variety of wedding venues including—but not limited to—the poolside, the lawn and the farm, as well as the unique site at a nearby waterfall, the mangroves, or even the local village.
