The new five-star resort will have a private beach and is the first Montenegro property to be invited into the prestigious Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) portfolio

Montenegro, the Adriatic Coast’s best kept secret, will soon have its first Leading Hotels of the World member. Luxury hotel Ānanti Resort will open in June and is the first hotel in Montenegro’s history to be invited to become a member of the prestigious hotel portfolio. The hotel is also the first venture by Montenegro-based company Ānanti Hotels, Resorts & Residences.

With an opening that is perfectly timed as Montenegro’s popularity grows, the luxury hotel will also be the only 5 star resort in Montenegro to offer a selection of independent villas.

Once complete, Ānanti’s debut will include two residential buildings, eight private villas with three to four bedrooms and fourteen suites. The upcoming resort also provides the opportunity for a more private getaway, with four of the villas offering a study, a private spa, a large gym, a jacuzzi overlooking the sea, a relaxation room, a dining terrace with kitchen and BBQ, a separate studio for guests or nannies, a private reception and an infinity pool along with a private beach. These seaside-facing suites will give guests views of the European coastlines and UNESCO-protected sites. A main swimming pool backed by the neighbouring sea is located on the top terrace and offers additional views.

The resort pulls from Asian, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean influences, featuring architecture inspired by Rezevici’s natural surroundings and a signature Asian fusion restaurant that uses local ingredients and includes live cooking and tepaniaki counters. Moreover, a three-floor spa of over 400 square metres provides guests with signature treatments influenced by eastern philosophies.

Ānanti Resort is strategically located in the untouched inlet of Rezevici, just a few kilometres from the city of Budva – the very centre of tourism, entertainment and night life in Montenegro. Brimming with restaurants, bars and a collection of luxury retail shops, this vibrant town is considered the liveliest spot on the Adriatic coast. The celebrated site of Sveti Stefan island, which offers some of the most beautiful beaches on the coastline is also minutes from the resort.

Ānanti Resort is open for reservations ahead of its June 2019 grand opening, with Suite rates starting at 390€ and private villas at 1430€ per night.
