The Elms on Lake Hayes villas are located less than ten minutes from historic Arrowtown
Three new, exclusive villas have opened on the picturesque shores of Queenstown’s Lake Hayes. The villas, known as The Elms on Lake Hayes, are just 100 metres from award-winning vineyard Amisfield and a short drive from both the top of Coronet Peak ski field and historic Arrowtown.
The two three-bedroom and one four-bedroom villas have been cleverly positioned to grant each the utmost privacy, while also allowing larger parties the ability to combine all three villas to create one expansive space. Besides huge outdoor spaces with patio fireplaces, daybeds and hot tubs, guests can also indulge in state-of-the-art facilities, lavish amenities and modern interiors.
A dedicated manager is on site to attend to guests’ needs, and a private chef and readily available land rover can be booked for an additional fee.
“The Elms on Lake Hayes is the answer to a niche but growing market of affluent travellers who value exclusivity and privacy more than just material opulence,” said Imperium Collection Owner Andrew Cox.
For those who want to explore the surrounding area, the villas will provide skiing tours and helicopter sightseeing. Additionally, private footpaths from the villas lead directly to the walking path around Lake Hayes, and there are mountain bikes in each villa garage for those keen to cycle to nearby Arrowtown.
The Elms on Lake Hayes is managed by Imperium Collection, which also owns Queenstown lakefront hotel Eichardt’s Private Hotel. The villas start at NZD$6,000 per night.
