The Peninsula Paris is heralding in the Yuletide cheer with the launch of a winter wonderland replete with kids’ baking classes, a life-size gingerbread house, and a terrace totally transformed into a magical scene straight out of a Christmas story.
Grown-up guests can spend a cosy wintery afternoon in the hotel’s gigantic festive Yurt while enjoying mulled wine, hot chocolate and festive sweets, or an array of fine French treats, such as foie gras, oysters, salmon and caviar; all of which are complemented by a range of fine wines and Champagne.
In addition, each restaurant within The Peninsula Paris will offer special lunches, dinners and brunches on the 24th and 25th of December, before welcoming in the New Year with joyous festivities.
But the pinnacle of the celebrations has got to be that sky-high ice skating rink, located on the Katara Suite’s rooftop terrace. Guests staying in this suite can enjoy exclusive use of the rink, while admiring the breathtaking panoramic views of Paris, surrounded by a winter garden.
