Azamara releases 2024 cruise itineraries through Europe

Ajaccio, Corsica

Cruise line Azamara introduce new itineraries for 2024 with focus on immersive experiences.

Premium cruise line Azamara has shared 84 European journeys that its four-ship fleet will undertake in 2024. Of these new itineraries, 53 are ‘Country Intensive’, meaning overnight or late-night stops in more than 50 per cent of the destinations, allowing guests more time to explore.

Port-stop highlights include Taranto, in the Puglia region of Italy; Hamburg, Germany; Trollfjord, in the north of Norway; and Edinburgh, Scotland, which Azamara will visit during the annual Military Tattoo.

‘Our Country Intensive voyages have continually proven to be a guest favourite with increased bookings throughout 2022, so we are pleased to offer even more options for our guests to discover all these incredible European countries have to offer,’ said Carol Cabezas, President of Azamara.

The cruise line has also expanded its partnership with the specialist tour provider, PerryGolf, to offer a range of golf sailings in 2024 to destinations including South America, the UK & Ireland, South Africa, and Australia & New Zealand.

To enhance the guest experience, Azamara’s new Lens of a Local video series has been designed to showcase its 2024 destinations through the eyes of locals. First-hand accounts see a gondolier in Venice, Greek dancers in Crete, and a perfumer in Florence delve into their craft and traditions.
