Luxury tour operator Abercrombie & Kent releases a 22-day private jet journey across the African continent.
Founded in Africa more than 60 years ago, Abercrombie & Kent will host 48 guests on a private jet journey across seven countries in the African continent from 29 September to 20 October 2023.
Departing from London, guests will spend 22 days on board an A&K chartered Boeing 757 during the Africa: Across a Continent by Private Jet journey, visiting Egypt, Rwanda, Tanzania, Botswana, South Africa, Benin, and Morocco.
‘We’ve been planning safaris for more than 60 years and this is the most comprehensive African journey we’ve ever offered’, said A&K Founder, Co-Chairman and CEO Geoffrey Kent.
Highlights will include visiting the pyramids of Egypt, with exclusive access to select tombs and temples with a dedicated A&K Egyptologist; the jungles of Rwanda from the air in search of its mountain gorillas; wine tastings in Cape Town; viewing wildlife in Tanzania’s Serengeti; meeting a local Maasai tribe; a hot air balloon over the Serengeti; and visiting Botswana’s Moremi Game Reserve and Chobe National Park.
In West Africa’s Benin, guests will attend a Voodoo ceremony before flying to Morocco to ride camels through the Sahara dunes and explore Marrakech.
A&K Tour Managers and local guides will accompany guests throughout the trip. On board the private jet, seats fully recline and there is a dedicated crew, executive chef and physician in attendance.
Rates start from AUD$189,500 per person based on double occupancy.
