The One&Only brand will arrive in Antigua in 2027
Located among the untouched, pristine scenery of Antigua, the latest addition to the One&Only collection is set to open in 2027. The resort and community of private homes will mark the expansion of the luxury resort brand into the Caribbean.
One&Only Antigua will be positioned on a stretch of coastline, located on the tranquil southeast side of the island, at Half Moon Bay. Spanning over 132-acres, the site is tucked away in a semi-circular beach, neighbouring a national park, providing captivating panoramic views over the Caribbean.

We have been searching for a location in this region for a long time, and we have now found a destination that not only meets but exceeds our vision for creating one-off resorts and experiences,” said Philippe Zuber, Chief Executive Officer, Kerzner.
The design of One&Only Antigua will be approached with a conscious effort to minimise the ecological footprint and respect the surrounding environment. Effortlessly blending into the natural landscape, the resort and private homes will reimagine the island’s vernacular design with a contemporary lens, imparting equal consideration to indoor and outdoor spaces and providing uninterrupted, framed views.
Unique experiences will be curated and created, tailored to the island’s encompassing nature, wildlife, cuisine and culture, to offer guests an authetic experience of Antigua.
The upcoming opening in Antigua joins several highly anticipated new resorts for One&Only, including One&Only One Za’abeel in Dubai, U.A.E. (opening January 2024), One&Only Kéa Island in Greece (opening Spring 2024), and One&Only Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, Montana, United States.
