Elite Dining Week in Hong Kong

DiningCity alongside Hong Kong Tourism has launched Hong Kong’s first 11-day fine dining event. The gastronomic event will run from November 3 to November 13 and will feature curated tasting menus from 20 of Hong Kong’s top restaurants.

Among the participating restaurants is Tenku Ryu Gin, listed as a two-Michelin star restaurant for three consecutive years, the two-Michelin star Japanese restaurant Wagyu Takumi, and Hong Kong’s newest destination for French cuisine Seasons by Olivier E.

Each restaurant has created a special menu for the event that will be presented alongside paired wines. Popsy Modern Kitchen have collaborated with Ruinart, the world’s oldest champagne house, and will transform its restaurant into a winter garden featuring chandeliers made from Ruinart bottles. The ‘upside-down’ menu will include items that resemble one dish but taste like another.

The event is a part of Hong Kong’s Great November Feast, a month of culinary happenings held around the city.
