Nobu Restaurant: Pioneered and created by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, the iconic Nobu menu is influenced by his years of studying Japanese cuisine in Tokyo and his extensive travels. The diverse celebration of flavors formed Nobu’s trademark ‘Nobu Style’, which is intrinsic to all Nobu menus worldwide. As well as the classics, Nobu Shoreditch serves unique plates inspired by the creativity and vibrancy of the local area. The 240 seater restaurant includes a no-reservations bar area serving the full menu, two semi-private dining rooms and a 10 seater sushi counter as well as an additional 80 seats on the four-level terrace.

Lobby lounge and bar: Tailored upholstery, private booths, Japanese inspired screens and the warm glow of the fireplace set the stage for this intimate reprieve from the excitement of East London. Guests can indulge in a range of Nobu dishes and locally inspired cocktails while socialising, relaxing or watching the world go by.
