Next weekend Port Macquarie will host the North Coast’s largest annual culinary festival, drawing gastronomes from across the country to sample the region’s local coffee, seafood, wines and produce. The Tastings on Hastings festival will see over 100 local farmers, artisans, winemakers, brewers, bakers and chefs come together to showcase their products on the main festival day on Saturday, while a number of more intimate and exclusive events will also take place over the weekend.
