Design Hotels has revealed its new property, Myconian Kyma located in Mykonos town, which is scheduled to open in May 2017. The family-friendly hotel will be located on top of a hill overlooking the Aegean Sea, seven minutes’ walk from Mykonos town. The town, which is the largest on Mykonos Island, is home to distinctive Greek architecture, white sand beaches and a range of restaurants, bars and luxury stores.
In addition to the hotel’s 52-rooms and 29-suites, the property will offer guests a multi-level infinity pool, a full-service spa with five pools offering different therapeutic salinity levels, lush gardens, a selection of private pools and terraces, and a restaurant serving fresh local produce headed by chef Panagiotis Tsoukatos. Design features of the new hotel include whitewashed structures accented with marble, wood, glass and pops of fuchsia.
