Meanwhile, British chef James Lowe will pop into the kitchen at One&Only Le Saint Géran in Mauritius.

November will feature a dining experience from award-winning French chef Jean Georges Vongerichten paired with wines from Opus One vineyard at One&Only Ocean Club in The Bahamas. A menu by chef Julien Asseo of restaurant Guy Savoy, at One&Only Palmilla in Mexico will be matched to Villa Franes wines. In Australia, Neil Perry brings the culinary flavour back home for a two-day kitchen takeover at Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley alongside wines from the Bass Phillip vineyard.

The One&Only Resorts Ultimate Culinary Adventure will come to a close at One&Only Cape Town in renowned Nobu style where chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa will present a dining experience complemented by Meerlust Wines.
