Cultural attractions include Wat Phra Yai Temple with a large golden Buddha, and Wat Kunaram Temple, featuring Koh Samui’s most famous mummified monk. The hillside Samui Butterfly Garden has butterflies and colourful flowers. On Koh Samui’s highest mountain, the Paradise Park Farm has a mini zoo, swimming pool and hilltop restaurant. The animals are set free during the day, for guests to walk amongst gibbons, deer and emus.
