Experiential luxury pioneer Abercrombie & Kent has partnered with Relais & Chateaux to offer a new sixteen-day journey through Southern Africa. Released as part of Abercrombie & Kent’s new 2018 collection, the itinerary starts in South Africa and continues through Zambia before ending in Botswana, with accommodation at six different Relais & Chateaux lodgings along the way.
The new itinerary will combine both cultural and safari experiences, taking in nature reserves and vineyards in Cape Town and Stellenbosch, Big Five game reserves in the northeast, Victoria Falls and the Zambei River in Zambia and Botswana’s Selinda Reserve.
Accommodation highlights include a stay at vineyard lodge Delaire Graff, which houses an on-site winery and a collection of original art and African artefacts, as well as a safari experience at the exclusive Londolozi Pioneer Camp which consists of just three private suites set along the river bank. Guests will also stay at Ellerman House, Camp Jabulani, Royal Chandu River Lodge and Zarafa Camp.

Also new to the 2018 collection is a South African itinerary for rail enthusiasts which features two days on board the Blue Train from Pretoria to Cape Town.
