The cabin

The roomy BusinessElite class cabin is configured with angled seats set up in a 1-2-1 herringbone pattern, so those in A and D seats benefit from both a window and an aisle. There are 37 business class seats in total.

Comfort

The flat-bed seats offer a full 180-degree recline and full-size pillow. Westin Heavenly in-flight bedding includes an oversized plush comforter and lumbar pillow and Tumi amenity kits are provided that include MALIN + GOETZ products.

Service

The service was perfectly fine. There were no issues.

 

Meals

The in-flight dining menu includes dishes from different international cuisines and special dietary requirements like diabetic or gluten-free can be catered for and meals paired with wines selected by award-winning master sommelier Andrea Robinson. Business class passengers can request expedited meal service too.

Entertainment

Each flatbed seat includes a personal screen for passengers to use exploring the on demand entertainment system which includes movies, TV shows, games and music. The sets also have electrical outlets and USB ports.

 

Baggage

The allowance for BusinessElite is two pieces of luggage each weighing up to 32 kilograms. Passengers also benefit from priority check-in, accelerated security and expedited baggage service.

 

Loyalty program

Delta’s loyalty program, SkyMiles, award miles based on ticket price and SkyMiles status. Miles don’t expire and can be redeemed on any Delta flight (with no blackout dates), or for other options like First Class upgrades. Delta is also a member of the Skyteam alliance.
