Arriving at Hook Island, guests take part in a traditional smoking ceremony, an ancient ritual of welcome and cleansing that grounds the experience in respect and reciprocity.

From there, Robbie leads a guided bushwalk through native terrain, interpreting the plants and their practical and ceremonial uses. Guests learn how generations relied on the land for food, medicine and spiritual practices, gaining a tangible understanding of how life unfolded in close harmony with nature. The walk culminates at Nara Inlet, where ancient rock art and archaeological sites tell stories that have endured for thousands of years.

Back on board Pebble Beach, the experience concludes with Champagne and a series of refined canapés. Created in collaboration with qualia Executive Chef Joshua Hingston, the menu translates the walk’s native ingredients into elegant bites, each infused with a sense of place and cultural continuity.
