Fire Feast

Every month, between April and November, Osborn House invites guests and external visitors to Fire Feast, a theatrical open-fire South American cooking experience using Southern Highlands produce and South Coast seafood. Fire Feast was born out of the passion and experience of Osborn House’s Argentinian team of chefs, who draw inspiration from Latin American food legend, Francis Mallman, and his unique cooking craft, which is rooted in South American food culture.
