Lake House Restaurant

The Lake House Restaurant is celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2024. The mission was to create a destination restaurant “worthy of a journey”, with its values instilled by Culinary Director Alla Wolf-Tasker AM, aiming to present “fine dining with the top button undone”, using the best regional and seasonal produce available. The restaurant has continued to thrive and is now more relevant than ever in the Australian dining scene, especially with the addition of Dairy Flat Farm.
