New Zealand-born chef Taylor Cullen has returned to his New Zealand roots to open Sugarloaf restaurant at Flockhill Lodge. He aims to lead the conversation in New Zealand on sustainable cooking and provide an exceptional experience for Flockhill guests that goes beyond paddock-to-plate. Taylor forages and grows 90 per cent of Flockhill Lodge’s meals on-site.
